COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS

Due to the simplicity of wiring and ease of use, in the past two months econnecx^tm has been confirmed in 36 commercial tenancies. econnecx^tm provides the building owners, managers and tenants control of heating, cooling, ventilation, signage lighting, security lighting, water heating and also offers an 'away' mode to shut down all non-essential power.

EECA estimate most building owners/tenants would save around 25% in power through a better energy management.

With the implementation of econnecx, Building owners have been able to remove swipe card systems. Building tenants access is logged via their smart phone access and these phones can also be used for after-hours access. econnecx^tm will also schedule un-locking and locking of all lobby doors, tenancy doors, pedestrian gates and automatic gates. Each tenant can manage their own environment. Staff can access via a simple web interface eliminating the need and cost of subcontractors to make changes and manage systems.
